Meet Tanya

Tanya's love for photography began at the age of 17 when she elected to take a photography class in high school. It was after completing junior college that she decided to pursue photography full time and enroll at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. After completing her B.A. at Brooks, she left California and headed East to work in the pinnacle of the photography world-NYC. After working a few years in the commercial and advertising industry, she was still undecided as to what field of photography she wanted to pursue. It just so happened that a recommendation came her way to photograph a wedding, that she found her calling. Never realizing the excitement and joy that came with photographing a wedding, she decided that this was the field for her. 

Capturing the different emotions on a wedding day requires a sharp yet unobtrusive eye. Tanya’s delicate way of documenting tears of joy, laughter, and candid moments give clients a beautiful way to remember their special day. A great passion for photographing people keeps her from ever wanting to set her camera down.
